Farmhouse Strength & Fitness is Offering a monthly membership at $199 a month for unlimited youth group training/ youth classes. We do offer a monthly commitment option that cost $150 a month.

Farmhouse Strength is Spearheaded by Head Coach, Nick Rego, the goal is to aid kids, youth, and adult athletes in building long-term resilience in sports that has the potential to carry beyond formal schooling years and into adulthood.

Want to Know about our Weightlifting Team!!

The Farmhouse Force Weightlifting Team is geared at coaching and instructing youth, and adults in the classic lifts: snatch, clean & jerk, deadlift, squat and bench press as well as proper mechanics. The program is aimed at offering a strong foundation for the competitive sports of weightlifting and powerlifting, as well as development of force production, speed and strength necessary for sports performance across multiple disciplines.

Spearheaded by Head Coaches, Nick Rego and Junior Medina, the goal is to aid youth, and adult athletes in building long-term resilience in sports that has the potential to carry beyond formal schooling years and into adulthood.

Athletes will get several opportunities to compete in sanctioned USAW or USAPL events if they so choose.

Each athlete will receive a team shirt.
